The hotel sits conveniently close to Bodrum's vibrant harbor and shops. The two pools cater to different vibes, with one offering a more laid-back atmosphere, while the other has a lively ambiance with slides, perfect for fun-seekers.
The cleanliness left something to be desired, particularly in the bathrooms, which needed extra attention. The breakfast spread had a wide selection but often presented messy plates that detracted from the overall dining experience. Despite the spacious pool areas, finding a sun lounger was quite the challenge due to early towel reservations, and the evening entertainment options were limited, leaving guests with little to do after dark besides heading into town.

The room was extremely spacious and marvelous in general, with view to the castle. The location was marvellous and unique, next to the 24 hour supermarket on the street outside...

The varied food options at every meal were a good surprise.
The bathroom cleanliness was disappointing and required attention from the cleaners.

probably a reasonable place if you wanted to stay in a resort type place and not venture out - if you had the all inclusive package.
wifi was only available in the lobby. you had to pay for many extras such as the safe. room was in poor condition - damaged furniture and so on. the staff were not that helpful as well as there being no information/brochures for what to do in and around Bodrum.

Worst hotel, worst service in town, never lose your time and appetite to choose this hotel.
Not silent, service is not good, management is horrible, not clean, rooms are old and everything is falling apart.. Don't choose.

Unexpected poolside frustrations
The location was prime, just a walk to the beach, and the all-inclusive food varied daily. The staff were attentive.

Despite the hotel's very serious lacks, the staff proved to be reasonably prepared. The Manager and the night shift coordinator were pleasant and never rude, even when presented with serious complaints.
The hotel was a complete disappointment. First of all, the room was heavily damaged: the floor was literally broken, the furniture was damaged, the table wasn't very stable and the bathroom was, at best, suited for a 2 star hotel. On top of the serious lack of maintenance, no bed sheets were provided, which is, in my view, unacceptable. Moreover, the website indicated the availability of an Internet connection in all areas of the hotel, which proved to be wrong, since WiFi reception was available only in the lobby. The common areas, as well as the rooms, were quite dirty. Finally, asking for 100 € / night for such a hotel is, in my view, very close to a fraud. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody and would suggest to the Turkish Tourism Board to review this hotel's rating, at best to 2 stars.

I've booked double room with balcony and everything was good. The hotel had a marvellous and unique location so close to other attractions. Cafe Lena Coffee&crepe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Recommend it for group getaways
The staff in the restaurant were helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. One night, they even set up a special area for us to enjoy our drinks with a perfect view of the pool, just like how I used to overlook my own carefully laid plans.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still within acceptable limits for the experience we received.

The hotel was conveniently located just a short walk from Bodrum's charming shops and restaurants. The bright, airy common areas really added to the overall cute atmosphere.
More comfortable seating in common areas would be lovely.
